I sold my brand new Mulan bag and a customer returned it. The swapped bags. So she has my beautiful bag and I got a damaged bag. You have to love dishonest people. Mercari allowed this so I am stuck with this bag. So I am trying to sell it as is to at least not be 100% negative.

The damage isn't noticeable in a distance but it is up close. I do not know how to repair it but maybe someone else will.
