[Synopsis]
"Galaxy Express 999" is a science fiction manga by Leiji Matsumoto, and also a TV anime series and anime film based on it.

It was serialized in "Shonen King" from 1977 to 1981 as a flagship work. Hit Comics, complete in 18 volumes.

・Basically, it consists of a series of short stories, with one episode for each planet where the 999 stops.

The story depicts Tetsuro's journey with Maetel on the 999 to a planet in the Andromeda Nebula that supposedly offers free mechanical bodies.

The setting is a future world where the planets of the galaxy are connected by trains running through space called the Galaxy Railroad.
Many wealthy people in the universe had their souls transferred to mechanical bodies and became mechanized humans, enjoying eternal life, but the poor could not obtain mechanical bodies and were subjected to persecution by the mechanized humans.
In this situation, the protagonist, Tetsuro Hoshino, whose mother was killed by a mechanized human, boards the Galaxy Super Express 999 with the mysterious beauty Maetel, aiming for a planet that offers free mechanical bodies.

Condition
The cardboard box and packaging have some scratches, but are generally in good condition.
However, the discs are clean, so there should be no problem with playback.
I have not confirmed playback as I do not have a playback device.

・LDBOX has the disadvantage of being large and heavy, but the booklets, etc., are also large, so the amount of information and historical value is very high.
