Really a stunner - mechanical in nature the kite tails move - peridot - cobalt blue and clear rhinestone crystals. No dead or missing stones. High polished gold plate - it's a regular bar pin that measures an overall length of 4 inches depending on how you move it. Condition mint never worn. Makes me want to head to the beach.
