Type 38 ammunition pouch made by Nakata Shoten.
It shows considerable wear, but thanks to oil moisturizing, it's become softer and easier to use compared to when I first bought it, which was rock hard.
Personally, I prefer this kind of worn-in look rather than the pristine condition seen on Japanese Imperial Army equipment...
