Heavily insulated, late-model ECWCS LEVEL7 SMALL SHORT GEN3

Selling because I'm broke. This is an exceptional ECWCS LEVEL 7. I bought it deadstock and wore it a few times. I wore it with a neck warmer, so there's no dirt around the neck, and it's in mint condition.

Also, this is the late model from the 2019 fiscal year, and the insulation has been upgraded to Climashield APEX, so it's fluffier and plumper compared to the early models (most of the early models from before 2013 that are circulating in used clothing stores have thin insulation).

The size is Small Short, which is becoming scarce. The contractor is the reliable Tennier Industries (since 2013, Tennier Industries and STERLINGWEAR OF BOSTON are the only contractors for LEVEL 7 that have contracts with the Department of Defense's DLA).

Also, it seems that the number of US military items has drastically decreased in recent years (the military regulations have changed, requiring all equipment to be returned to the military upon discharge. Also, the export of some military equipment outside the United States has been prohibited due to the risk of being used for terrorist purposes).

Regulations are expected to become even stricter in the future, making them even more difficult to obtain. I recommend that those who like ECWCS and PCU purchase them as soon as possible (I am also collecting modern military wear).
