As it was supervised by Hanae Mori,
it is believed to be a very rare item.

Hanae Mori (born January 8, 1926 – died August 11, 2022) was a Japanese fashion designer and the only Japanese designer to be a member of the Paris haute couture. She was also a councilor of the Regional Economic Research Institute and the chairperson of the Hanae Mori Fashion Culture Foundation.

She achieved success at the New York Collection in 1965, pioneering the overseas expansion of Japanese designers.
In 1977, she became the first Asian member of the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture Parisienne. She was a leading figure in the fashion world, designing the official uniforms for the Japanese delegation at the Barcelona and Lillehammer Olympics, as well as costumes for Kabuki, overseas operas, and ballets.
She retired from the Paris 2004 A/W haute couture collection in July 2004.
