It seems my father-in-law received this for a child at his workplace several decades ago.
It was likely released in the 90s.
It appears to have been stored at home in a bag with a tag.
It is believed to be no longer sold.
It's retro and quite rare.
It has a tag from "CROSS CO., LTD."
This manufacturer handled many licensed Disney products and was particularly popular in the 90s.
