| Made in the USA The Larson Electronics EPL-SM-150LED-100 adjustable surface mount light fixture provides operators with a powerful and energy efficient alternative to traditional hazardous location luminaries. This unit is fitted with an aluminum swivel mount bracket that allows vertical adjustment of the lamp through over 270 degrees of movement. LED technology and compact design makes this lamp an excellent replacement upgrade option for bulky and high maintenance cost older fixtures. This Class 1 Division 1 & 2, Class 2 Division 1 & 2 explosion proof light fixture provides 21,000Â lumens of high quality light while drawing only 150 watts. The copper free aluminum alloy body is powder coated for added durability and an attractive aesthetic appearance. Special heat dissipating design in conjunction with LED technology helps this fixture to achieve an excellent 60,000 hour rated lifespan with 80% lumen retention and contains no mercury. Light weight and a low profile make this unit an attractive alternative to larger and heavier older fixtures and requires less hardware to install. | ||||||

The aluminum body and LED lamp give this light excellent durability and resistance to vibration and impacts. The housing is specially designed to dissipate heat which increases the efficiency and lifespan of the LED luminaries. The LED lamp produces 21,000Â lumens with a color temperature of 6000K and a color rendering index of 70 which produces colors and details much more accurately than high pressure sodium or mercury vapor luminaries. The EPL-SM-150LED-100 includes a surface mount swivel bracket for permanent mounting and allows the operator to adjust the vertical positioning of this explosion proof LED light once mounted. Included with this LED light tripod is 100 feet of SOOW cord terminating in an 1523 explosion proof straight blade plug.

This unit is also multi-voltage capable and can configured to operate on 120-277 volts 50/60 Hz without any need for a special ballast. The aluminum body and LED lamp give this light excellent durability and resistance to vibration and impacts. Further adding to the versatility and convenience of this explosion proof LED light are 20 peel off mylar overspray lamp protectors that ship with the unit. The protectors provide lamp protection from dirt or debris and can be removed, cleaned and replaced, lessening the need for tedious lamp cleaning or replacements. This lamp is T5 temperature rated and the LED light head retains 80% of its lumen output after 60,000 hours of use, far longer than incandescent or fluorescent lamps.
