【Excellent Condition】Nigel Cabourn British Officers Shirt 50 Green

This is a Nigel Cabourn British Officer's Shirt.

Based on the shirts worn by British Army officers in the 1940s, it features a hidden button-down collar, inspired by formal military uniforms. The front placket is designed to avoid bulkiness when tucked in, showcasing the attention to detail.

The fabric is a Nigel Cabourn classic, the British Officer's Shirt, which starts with the selection and blending of cotton short fibers to correct the yarn. It uses weft yarns that are originally made from spinning. This shirt takes about 6 months from production start to finished product: 2 months for yarn making, 2 months for fabric, and 2 months for the product itself.

If the product were made by purchasing ready-made fabric from a fabric store, it would take about 2 weeks at the fastest. Nigel Cabourn has never changed this manufacturing method since starting to make this classic shirt.

Durability tests were conducted an incredible 100 times. As a result of testing three shirts, two showed no damage to the fabric, no fraying of the seams, and no buttons falling off. One shirt had a button come off at the 75th test, but the fabric and seams were unaffected. This means the durability is phenomenal.
