I own several cashmere knits, and the feel of this one is among the best, I'd say in the top two (just my personal opinion).
Shows general signs of wear consistent with vintage clothing.
Slight stretching at the shoulders and some pilling.
There is a small hole (approx. 1mm) on the left chest, but it's barely noticeable.
