Organic Elderberry Syrup kit with all ingredients included. Minus 3 cups of water and 1 cup of honey or agave!

Instructions:
1. Pour 3 cups water into medium saucepan and add contents of elderberry syrup bag. ** please remember that the cayenne pepper is optional** (do not add honey!)
2. Bring to a boil and then COVER and reduce to a simmer for about 45 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool enough to be handled.
3. Strain the elderberries and other ingredients. Add honey to your liking (Usually 1 cup of honey) and stir well.
4. When honey is well mixed into the elderberry mixture, pour the syrup into mason jar.
5. Store in the fridge for 2 months.
6. Standard serving is 1 tsp for kids and 1 Tbsp for adults.
Kit makes approximately 30oz to 20oz depending on how long you let it simmer. If you purchased one quart pre-made you would typically pay anywhere from $35 to $40 so this is a great savings!
