Japan-market Eddie Bauer pieces from the late 90s–early 2000s era had better leather quality, cleaner construction and were produced in smaller quantities. Made from thick, heavyweight genuine leather with full quilted lining for warmth. Button front, two front pockets, mid-length field coat style. Classic simple design with no big logos. Label features Japanese distributor text and Japanese care instructions which confirm this as a Japan-market piece. These don’t show up often in the UK.
