I don't clearly remember when I bought it, but it was purchased at Tokyo Disney Resort several years to over a decade ago.
It's a retro design, no longer sold, featuring a red and white polka dot sequin ribbon.
It's an authentic item with tags.
Due to long-term home storage, there are some minor scuffs on the sequin part, some dullness due to age, and a slight feeling of use on the headband.
