This is a hair pony set from Disney Halloween 2012.
I purchased it at the park and only wore the black and orange ones on my bag that day. After that, I stored them in a dark place.
The rubber bands on the black and orange ones are broken inside.
However, the ribbons themselves show no signs of wear, so they can be used if the rubber bands are replaced.
