* Diapet D-164 Nissan Gloria Super DX 1/40
* This product number was released in October 1967 and is a model of the early A30 series, the third generation of the Gloria.
* It is a relatively early product in the Diapet series, which started in 1965. At that time, the company was gradually switching from the traditional antimony material to diecast, but this product is made of antimony. Due to the laborious manufacturing process, it is said that the production volume was small.
* As mentioned above, antimony production could not keep up with demand, so the same Diapet released a diecast version of the later A30 model about three years later in 1970.
* The charm of this miniature car lies not only in its well-executed sculpturing that captures the graceful lines of this car, but also in the meticulous details and texture achieved through the use of chrome plating on the window frames, grille, and lights, all characteristic of antimony. It also has a substantial weight.
* Regarding the condition of this particular model, there is almost no noticeable paint peeling, and the paint still has a good gloss. Considering its age, it is in relatively good condition. However, there are some minor scratches on the very shallow surface of the paint in various places. These are only visible under certain lighting conditions (photos 8-10). The box is not included.
* This is a very old item from over 50 years ago, so please consider your purchase after understanding and confirming the above points.
