Comes in it's original box. Box is in fair/used/stored shape. Hold village perfectly. But box has some creases, raw corners and edges and light scratches and scuffs. Nothing too damaging!
Village is in good shape. These have been well loved but we stopped displaying and I'm clearing out. May/will have some dust in creases but didn't notice anything else. In good condition for it's age and being used and loved!!
The writing/date/company on the bottom base (green area) is coming off and kinda hard to read. The green did get wet at one time or another- was dried out properly (no molding or must smell to it).
I did notice, the top of the tallest tower (last pic) has an imperfection. Missing some of the white paint.
Base is ALMOST 3" and Height at highest point is ABOUT 3"
