This is a Charizard bast set 1999 Pokemon card. It is not graded but it has never left a plastic case since I opened it on day one. I have kept it in a plastic sleeve inside another plastic sleeve and it's hardly seen the light of day. This card is guaranteed mint, I've just been unable to get it grades with covid and PSA being so busy. I'm asking $400 obo.
