This has been used and then placed back in it's plastic wrap and box and then moved around for several years. Box has seen better days but still holds foam pillow just fine- just not pretty, kinda beat up. Neck pillow is in good shape and made out of memory foam and comes with a blue cover that can be removed to wash (hypo-allergenic, removable and washable cover-per box info). Cover zips on and off! Pillow is round/cylinder shaped. Product/Pillow Size: 5"H x 12"W x 5"D. You get (1) ONE pillow. This pillow allows for ideal spine support to reduce head, neck, shoulder and back discomfort.
