I don't see any mold, haze, or scratches on the lens, but there may be some dust particles inside due to long-term storage, although they shouldn't affect the photos.
I took some test shots before listing this, and it seemed fine, but this is just my subjective opinion as an amateur photographer.
I will also include the separately sold Canon genuine hood ET-60.
