Overall fair condition for its age:
• Cover: heavy wear with marks and wear/fraying at edges and corners (curled). Back board is a bit loose
• Spine: marks and wear/fraying at ends. Small hole in cloth on title
• Pages: first blank page, title page and contents have tearing and are loose and top corner missing from title page. Pages are stiff but in overall good condition with some folded/curled corners. May have a few age marks and small tears
• Edges: age marks and darkening
• Binding: a bit shifted
