Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab (BPAL) released a limited edition perfume oil named "Violens" in August 2009, inspired by the character Ernie “Violens” Schulz from the comic book series Sachs and Violens. The fragrance was created based on the character's persona, described as rugged and understated, with notes of five sandalwoods, dusty leather, and light musk.
