This baby papoose is brand baby Bjorn. It does have fading for uses, and it is an older one. However, this one had the most use with my daughter and through daycare because it is the easiest 1 to handle and use.
This one could be easily adjusted and used without the help of someone else. When you found the adjustments that were right and fit comfortably, you didn't have to completely undo all that work when you are ready to take baby off because the front comes completely unclipped, and unsnaps so you can lay baby down in front of you, and then take it off, saving all of your measurements.
I didn't have to worry about not putting it on right. Everything is clearly labeled, and some of the straps are even color-coded red to red or blue to blue.
First time use, I'd say it took me about 10 minutes to get it on. Adjust the sizes and figure out how to snap and unsnap everything. :)
