"Everything is Coming Up Roses" issue of this doll is 1999. Rosie has a fine Bisque Porcelain head, arms, & legs with a stuffed cloth body. She has beautiful blue eyes with "real-looking" eyelashes and pretty curly blonde hair. She is detailed with fine hand-painted features.
