I wear a size 8 and this size 38 is a bit snug, so it should fit 7.5 perfectly. Color in my photos is darker than the actual color of the shoes. Minor scuffs on the sides facing in. I had my NYC shoe guy put rubber sole protectors on the bottom as I do with all my nicer shoes - $30 value.
Don't have the original box but will package it well for you!
