Apple iPhone 4S Unlocked 16GB Black

This iPhone 4S is functional, carrier unlocked, and has a clean IMEI. The battery holds a decent charge and all of the key functions (cameras, speakers, microphones, etc.) of this phone work. The only major damage is the screen. The LCD itself is fine, but the outer glass is cracked. The touch responds fine, except for a small strip at the very top. For example, you can't pull down the notification panel because the top of the screen has no touch response. But everything else still works, and you can swipe from the left side to go back (the back arrow in settings is in the no-touch range.) Back glass is not damaged, and the sides may have a scratch or two, but fine other than that. Purchase can include a charger cable. Phone takes a 30-pin Apple charger.
