The hat is Circa 1920s and is adorned with a beautiful Velvet Ribbon, In Front there is a flower adornment made from wire and velvet flowers. There is a spot on the front of the hats velvet Ribbon that is worn the size of half of a dime and some of the velvet along the stem of the flower is also worn, this is shown in the photograph.
