This lovely old cameo is carved from a single piece of pale flesh-colored shell and features a left-facing woman. It is in a pretty antique-looking gold-tone setting with flowers around it. I estimate its age to be around the 1940s. The brooch measures 1 5/16 by 1 inch. The pin and safety clasp work fine. It is in excellent condition.
