For your consideration is this beautiful rose bowl produced by Dugan Glass and first appeared in print ads dating from 1913. This does not appear to have any of the signs of being a reproduction. This piece is in their "White" with a metallic iridescent finish that almost gives it a silver appearance. Straw inclusions can be found within the glass. It is an exquisite piece despite the chips and flea bites that can be found on the feet. Please review the item details above for specifications. What a beautiful piece to prominently display rose buds or my favorite, Gardenia blossoms, floating in water. The piece glows a lovely deep yellow-green under a 365nm UV light, but does not under a 395nm UV light indicating Manganese content. Manganese is know by the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects and other reproductive harm.
