AHM Masterpiece Series HO Scale Snap-Kit - Pizza Hut - New in Damaged Box

This vintage HO scale building kit is brand new however the box does have water damage on the bottom. The parts inside were sealed however I opened them just to check condition and they are fine, although the decals for the sign may or may not be usable. Please also note that there is a single piece of paper inside that has "Pizza Hut" on it and it is the same size as the logo on the roof. The manual makes no mention of stickers for this part so I do not know if this actually a sticker for the roof (in which case there would be one missing) or if it is a stencil for painting the roof. That part has a raised logo so if you have a steady hand you probably could paint it freehand. That "stencil" also has some water damage.
