This is an Huge Exquisite Monumental Antique Vessel that stands about 4ft tall With a Dragon, Archaic, Floral,and Auspicious Clouds Motif, it appears to be a Torch done with Champleve decorations on a Bronze Enamel Vessel Cloisonné
This seems to be an Incense burner or torch and it was made in Japan's Meiji Period (January 25, 1868 – July 30, 1912).
This would be an elegant lamp if the new owner decided to convert it, the previous owner created a small opening in the side of the base because they planned on making this piece a lamp, but never got around to it.
It's almost 5 feet tall (about 58" inches tall or 147.32cm)

The piece is in good condition for its age; There is a normal wear, random spots of enamel loss, oxidation, and pitting given it's age, there's small imperfections as well, see photos, and this is sold as is.
