The width is 7.5 in and vertically the measurement is 4 in. When you open up the front flap, you have two snaps making the wallet somewhat adjustable. Right away you will see four credit card slots. Inside you will see a full zip around which opens up two large compartments with a divider. Then you will see a large open section with four credit card slots and access to bills. Behind that is an identical section with an open area and four credit card slots. Behind that there is yet another large open area. On the back side of the front cover there's an additional open slot the same width as the wallet. On the back side you will see the embroidered iHeart hello Kitty and one more open slot for easy access to a phone. There are some very minute cracks along the creases on the outer edges of the wallet. The wallet is embellished with a tag. One side is in excellent condition and the other side has some slight stickiness and peeling due to a price sticker being there previously.
