Two (2) 10" dinner plates by Crooksville Pottery Company in the lovely Celestial pattern, part of the Iva-Lure dinnerware collection. The hallmark on the under side indicates that these plates were manufactured in the late 1940's to early 1950's. They are a creamy semi-porcelain with a transfer pattern featuring a pink and purple clover floral design.
In good used condition. No chips or cracks on one plate. The other plate has a small crack on an edge that is not discolored. Minimal surface wear and only minor scratching to the transfer. See photos for details. Kiln marks on the underside of the plates. Maker's mark on base of plates.
