Original 1883 United States Patent Office grant issued to Fred A. Neider of Augusta, Kentucky for a “Carriage-Curtain Window." Patent No. 282,355, dated July 31, 1883. Complete multi-page patent document featuring original blue ribbon binding, red wax seal, printed specifications, and detailed patent drawings illustrating the invention. A strong example of late 19th-century American transportation and mechanical innovation, suitable for collectors, historians, or framing.

Antique, original condition. Document shows age-related toning, foxing, edge wear, and fold lines consistent with 19th-century paper. Ribbon binding remains intact. Red wax seal is present with surface wear. Pages are complete and legible. See pictures for further details on condition.
