I'm selling my personal lot of $1 blue seal silver certificate notes. There is 3 of them which they are ALL PRETTY FRESH*. I would put them one level below UNCIRCULATED conservatively. They have been kept under EXCELLENT condition ever since I bought them, and they have not been adjusted and kept in their original condition.
